She began her journey in dealership operations, advancing from Service Advisor and Workshop Controller to a service management position at one of New Zealand’s largest franchise dealerships.

Expanding her strategic footprint, Brigetta later served as a New Zealand Relationship Manager for a leading Dealer Management Systems (DMS) provider, collaborating directly with a leading national new vehicle distributor. Brigetta was also a People and Culture Practitioner for a major franchise dealership group, executing senior business development strategies.

Earlier experience includes former employment in the real estate and property management sector which pairs alongside the property interests our parent company, Jobcorp NZ, is involved with.
