About the role
Working both in the workshop and in the field, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of agricultural equipment.
 
You'll work with advanced machinery and technology while supporting customers to minimise downtime and maximise productivity.
 
Key responsibilities include:

• Diagnostics and fault-finding on agricultural equipment
• Servicing, maintenance, and repairs
• Hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting
• Field service work as required
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
• Building positive relationships with customers and team members

 
Skills and experience required

• Relevant automotive trade qualification and equivalent industry experience
• Experience working on agricultural equipment is highly sought after though experience on other heavy equipment will also be considered
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with hydraulic and electronic systems
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Clean, current driver's licence
