About the role 
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established franchise dealership.
 
Working in a busy service department, you'll manage service bookings, liaise with customers and the workshop team, and work as a team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
 
The skills needed
Previous Service Advisor experience within a franchise dealership is preferred, although applicants with experience in Warranty Administration, Fleet Coordination, or similar automotive roles are encouraged to apply.
 
You'll also have:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good computer skills (DMS/CRM experience advantageous)
• A professional approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A trade qualification is beneficial but not essential
