Key responsibilities
- Advanced diagnostics, servicing, and repairs across premium vehicle brands
- Complete thorough vehicle inspections and identify accurate repair requirements
- Follow manufacturer specifications, technical procedures, and workplace safety standards
- Work closely with Service Advisors to communicate technical findings and job progress
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to junior technicians and apprentices
- Help maintain an organised, productive, and professional workshop
- Ensure job cards, technical information, and workshop documentation are completed accurately
- Continue developing your technical knowledge through manufacturer training and evolving automotive technology
About you
- Relevant automotive trade qualification or proven experience as an Automotive Technician
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and fault-finding skills
- Experienced with manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment and software
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in the quality of your workmanship
- Positive, team-focused approach with the confidence to support and guide others
- Professional communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
