About the role
You will carry out advanced diagnostics, servicing, and repairs across a range of premium vehicles, while helping to support and develop less experienced technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Advanced diagnostics, servicing, and repairs across premium vehicle brands
• Complete thorough vehicle inspections and identify accurate repair requirements
• Follow manufacturer specifications, technical procedures, and workplace safety standards
• Work closely with Service Advisors to communicate technical findings and job progress
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to junior technicians and apprentices
• Help maintain an organised, productive, and professional workshop
• Ensure job cards, technical information, and workshop documentation are completed accurately
• Continue developing your technical knowledge through manufacturer training and evolving automotive technology

 
About you

• Relevant automotive trade qualification or proven experience as an Automotive Technician
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and fault-finding skills
• Experienced with manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment and software
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in the quality of your workmanship
• Positive, team-focused approach with the confidence to support and guide others
• Professional communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
