We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven F&I Business Manager to join a high-performing team in sunny Hawke's Bay.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy, high-volume dealership environment within a well-established, NZ owned automotive group.
About the role
Based in Napier, this position sits at the centre of a fast-paced retail operation, supporting a high-volume sales team and assisting customers in securing finance, insurance, and aftermarket products tailored to their needs.
You will play a key role in driving finance performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to the continued success of a multi-site dealership operation.

Key responsibilities
Present and arrange vehicle finance solutions for customers
Offer and sell insurance products and aftermarket protection options
Manage the end-to-end finance and insurance process
Work closely with the sales team to maximise deal completion and profitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders, and partners
Ensure compliance with all lending and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate documentation and administrative processes
Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the purchase journey
What we're looking for
Previous experience as an F&I Manager is preferred, however, a background in finance and insurance sales will also be considered.
We're looking for a commercially minded professional with proven sales ability and a strong focus on results, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
You'll bring excellent communication and relationship-building skills, along with a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
A solid understanding of vehicle finance and lending is advantageous, and you must hold a full driver's licence and be available to work weekends.
