A busy, high-performing franchise dealership is looking for a motivated vehicle sales professional to join its fast-paced team.

The role focuses on selling vehicles in a high-volume environment with strong customer traffic and performance-based earning potential.

The role      
As a Light Vehicle Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
  • Selling new vehicles in a volume sales environment, consistently achieving and exceeding targets
  • Delivering professional, efficient, and engaging customer service from enquiry through to delivery
  • Appraising trade-ins, structuring competitive deals, and managing end-to-end vehicle deliveries
  • Actively prospecting for new business while maximising repeat and referral opportunities
  • Working closely with a high-performing sales team to meet dealership KPIs
  • Maintaining strong product knowledge and keeping up to date with market trends

What we’re looking for

You will have proven success in automotive sales, ideally within a franchise or volume dealership.

We are seeking someone with:
  • Demonstrated success in vehicle sales within a target-driven, high-turnover environment
  • Confidence in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals consistently
  • A positive, professional, and self-motivated attitude
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A desire to grow, learn, and progress within a performance-led dealership group
  • A full driver licence and the legal right to work in New Zealand
