- Driving B2B sales across your assigned territory
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities
- Engaging clients face-to-face, over the phone, and through campaigns
- Assessing customer needs and recommending tailored equipment solutions
- Building long-term client relationships and repeat business
- Preparing quotes, proposals, and finance/leasing options
- Demonstrating equipment (full training provided)
- Managing and nurturing your customer pipeline
What you'll bring
This role suits a confident, driven sales professional who thrives on getting out there and making things happen.
We're looking for:
- Proven sales success in automotive, F&I, or equipment sales
- Confidence in direct B2B sales and prospecting
- Strong commercial awareness, including finance/lease structures (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High levels of professionalism and self-motivation
- A results-focused mindset with the drive to earn
