Jobcorp presently have a variety of roles for leading electrical services providers based in Auckland, New Zealand. We also have a selection of roles nationally across residential and commercial applications.

Specific to this role we require a registered electrician to install electrical systems into new home builds and also provide repair and troubleshooting solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-quality electrical services to clients across various sectors.



Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electrical systems and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate records of work completed

Key Requirements

• Must be a registered electrician in New Zealand or hold skills equivalent to the NZ standard and be able to achieve NZ electrical registration
• Proven experience in the electrical trade - residential experience is highly sought after
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods
• Must have a valid driver's license
