Russell Phillips

Director

Russell Phillips started his first recruitment company in 1991. Initially operating a specialist recruitment company based in Auckland, New Zealand, over the years this company developed into what has now become Jobcorp NZ Ltd and provides recruitment and immigration services across all industry sectors.

Russell has been involved across motor industry recruitment, the engineering recruitment sector in 2002, a sales and marketing recruitment operation in 2012, and a property management recruitment operation from 2016. All these sectors, and now multiple other industry sectors broadly comprising the Immigration NZ green list of occupations, are serviced by Jobcorp.
