About Jobcorp
Jobcorp is a vibrant, generalist recruitment company with specialist divisions across perm recruitment sectors. We also have our own licensed immigration business to support our recruitment operations. The company is starting to grow across alternative market sectors, and we wish to accelerate this process. The company also owns Automotive Employment NZ which has a traceable history back to 1991.

Strong technology initiatives are in place with the ATS, integrations, AI, digital, staff engagement, candidate engagement, reference checking, videos, marketing, web presence (jobcorp.co.nz), and social media presence. We are a fresh thinking, energised, well organised and managed company. We are active RCSA members and are proud of our association.

The recruitment practice centres around principles of decency, ethics and, of course, performance. We have a stable team, low staff turnover, and a team that truly works brilliantly together.

We have vibrant fresh leadership solidly entrenched at the helm of Jobcorp working closely with a long-established Director. The combination of energy and experience works well. The motor industry recruitment team has its own Recruitment Manager, so this role will be to manage the recruitment and growth functions of Jobcorp, not Automotive Employment NZ.

The potential for the Jobcorp division is substantial.
