Help us make a difference: laptops for Soso Village School in Fiji
At Jobcorp, we believe in giving back to the community and supporting education for future generations. Our director, Russell Phillips, visited Fiji this week and met an elder from the community, who explained that their school is in need of laptops for their kids. A few days later, Russell was able to visit the school and meet the children.
We immediately decided to launch an initiative to help the children of Soso Village, located on Naviti Island, Fiji, by providing them with 30 laptops. The laptops don’t need to be brand new; they can be second-hand but need to be able to connect to the internet.
Soso Village is a small and vibrant community with limited access to technology, and we want to bridge that gap by collecting used or out-of-date laptops. With your help, we can provide these children with the educational resources they need.
How can I contribute a laptop?
If you have any laptops you’d like to donate, please contact us at info@jobcorp.co.nz with the email header “Laptops for Fiji”.
Together, we can create a brighter future for the students of Soso Village.
Thank you for partnering with us!
